As 16 Handles grows across the country with new stores and more customers, we're looking for a new addition to our team to foster franchisee development and contribute to the brand's long-term success. A successful applicant will:Serve as the face of the brand in conversations with franchise partners, acting as a professional, personable, and reliable point of contact. Troubleshoot and project manage issues. Complete weekly communication systemwide to share operational and marketing updates.Manage general inbox with customer inquiries and project manage requests that require multiple parties to engageUpdate and create training manuals to brand standards for various operational tasks (ex. bubble tea roll out guide, how to count cash drawer, etc). Partner with franchisees to enhance profitability and operational efficiency, while coaching them to deliver superior guest experiences and meet sales targets.Complete tasks related to franchising, distribution, marketing, and franchise construction. (On-the-job training will be provided for any areas you may be unfamiliar with.)Occasionally travel a few days a year to assist with new store openings.Prior experience in Brand Partnerships is a plus!This is a job with plenty of growth potential, working directly with our CEO and our VP of Operations.
