Pitchbook, a leading resource for comprehensive data, research and insights spanning the global capital markets, named Prime Group as one of the top 10 real estate value-add fund managers in Pitchbook's 2023 Global Manager Performance Score League Tables.Job OverviewThe Associate Counsel is primarily responsible for drafting and/or reviewing commercial agreements, policies and procedures, reviewing marketing materials, providing day-to-day legal and compliance support for assets managed by Prime Group Holdings, conducting legal research and assisting with real estate acquisitions and financings. The Associate Counsel will have at least four years of corporate legal experience working in a law firm or in-house position. Real estate experience is preferred but not required. The Associate Counsel reports to the Executive Vice President and Senior Counsel.
