About the Job:I am currently working with a mid-market law firm that is actively looking to recruit a 2+ yearcommercial litigator.Responsibilities:Work closely with the firm's partners on a broad array of litigation matters. Handle sophisticated and complex cases, providing exceptional service to clients. Work on business litigation cases, with exposure to all areas of the case, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial.Qualifications and Requirements:2+ years of strong commercial litigation experience. Strong academic background. Licensed to practice law in Illinois. Excellent writing and case management skills.The Firm is Offering:Competitive compensation (base and bonus), with the potential for $200k for the right candidate. Billing minimum of 1650 hours, with a bonus structure based on productivity and realization rate. Hybrid work options, with a preference for in-office presence from Tuesday to Thursday. A flexible work environment.
