A competitive salary and commission/bonus structure are available.This is a full-time role for an e-commerce specialist at Industrial Fan Company. The role is located in San Diego, CA, beginning as a remote role that will move to an SD office in early 2025 with some requirement for travel.They are responsible for managing and optimizing IFC's online sales operations by developing and executing strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and overall revenue through digital marketing tactics, product listing optimization, and data analysis on various e-commerce platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and stay updated on industry trendsResponsibilitiesOnline Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales, including product positioning, pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Product Listing Optimization: Manage product listings on company websites and marketplaces (like Amazon), ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, competitive pricing, and relevant keywords for improved search visibility. Website Management: Monitor and optimize the online store's user experience, navigation, and design to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. Digital Marketing Execution: Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels like Google Ads, social media, and email marketing to drive traffic and generate leads. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website visibility. Sales Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, sales trends, and customer acquisition cost, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. Customer Relationship Management: Monitor customer feedback, address inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, and product development teams to ensure smooth online sales operations. QualificationsAnalytical Skills and E-Commerce expertise (Shopify, woocommerce, Amazon, Google, etc)Customer Service and Communication skills2years + Sales experienceAnalyze data and drive sales strategiesStrong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindsetExperience with online marketing and e-commerce platformsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
