Apply today!Job TitleRisk Governance Technical AnalystLocationOnsite (Tuesdays mandatory, choose 1 additional day: Wednesday or Thursday)Please note that this is an individual contributor role with a focus on the business administrative duties MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Tracking KRI governance: strategic metricsWorking with EVPs Pulling data & reporting from LOBs across company, consolidating info (PowerApps, Excel spreadsheets)-> PowerBI, reports to board reviewInteracting with MEC + vendorsA lot of follow up, communication, hand holding, a lot of workThe data providers are data in Excel. ?Job Overview:We are seeking an Operational Risk Reporting Analyst to play a critical role in the management of strategic metrics, with a focus on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and operational risk reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consolidating data from multiple Lines of Business (LOBs), preparing reports, and ensuring visibility to executive stakeholders, including Board reviews. This position will involve heavy communication, follow-up, and collaboration across various teams, including vendors and MEC, to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.Responsibilities:Working onsite- Tuesdays + 1 other day (usually Mondays)Required Skills:Operational risk (3-5yrs experience)Maintaining internal proceduresIntermediate Excel skills (including creating pivot tables and consolidating workbooks).Proficient in PowerBI (user-level, not developer-level).Experience with metrics reporting, particularly around Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, including CFO-level communication via email.Soft Skills:PowerBI (pulling reports, not building reports and dashboard)Previous application testingArcherStrong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.Proactive and able to handle follow-ups and ensure tasks are completed on time.Strong problem-solving ability and a customer service-oriented attitude.Preferred:Familiarity with Archer.Previous experience working in operational risk or KRI governance roles.OpTech is an EOE, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
