THIS IS NOT A JOB WITH FORCEBRANDS!Must have strong Amazon experienceThe Senior Brand Manager works under general supervision and follows company and department policies and procedures to manage dynamic brand and product portfolios. Leads projects, serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in specialized department functions, and mentors junior team members. Drives marketing and advertising strategies for assigned clients.Primary Responsibilities:Manages projects throughout the digital lifecycle, including selection/assignment of resources, monitoring of project progress, and ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met. Determines a course of action, resolves and assesses a wide range of issues, and suggests variations in approach as requiredConducts comprehensive audits to identify and capitalize on client growth opportunities. Discusses anomalies, possible causes, and solutions with the team to ensure alignment with client and company requirementsEstablishes and maintains strong relationships with assigned clients, manages a wide range of brand categories, defines KPIs of success and proactively communicates solution-based challengesCrafts and implements annual sales forecasts and PPC strategy for assigned clientsOversee and motivate cross-functional teams to meet all deliverables and deadlinesCreate and present results to clients, monthly and/or quarterly, via Google Slides presentationContributes to all levels of business operations, from strategic planning to hands-on daily operations for multiple clientsServes as an SME for up to three department-specialized functions, providing guidance and training to team membersMentors junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring alignment with team objectivesMaintains or exceeds department-established performance standardsOther duties as assignedKnowledge Skills and Abilities:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience5+ years of related experience in brand management with specific expertise in Amazon account management (agency experience preferred) or related roles, 2 years of which are highly relevantDemonstrates excellent understanding of department practices, procedures, and specialized functions.Applies sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to assigned clients and projectsAdvanced knowledge of analyzing data and metrics, with keen attention to detail, and the capacity to craft compelling narratives and strategies based on data insightsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar softwareHighly proficient in crafting comprehensive strategies by leveraging Amazon data analytics via Google Sheets and building and maintaining a product catalog via Google Sheets.Ability to manage higher-risk decisions involving significant capitalProven track record of successfully managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service and resultsAdvanced abstract problem-solving skills, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and a positive attitude to tackle challenges with creativity and enthusiasm
