Job Description:Our client is seeking a seasoned and innovative Instructional Designer to craft comprehensive learning paths and certifications for a leading advertiser learning platform. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of online advertising, digital marketing, and the learning platform. They will be tasked with creating engaging, easy-to-understand, and effective learning materials that empower users to harness the full potential of the learning platform for their advertising needs.Key Responsibilities:Develop a thorough understanding of the learning platform, its features, and functionalities.Collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and create learning paths and certifications tailored to various user segments/audiences, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials, including eCourses, videos, tutorials, and written guides.Regularly review and update learning paths to ensure they align with the latest platform features and industry best practices.Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning paths through learner feedback and performance metrics, making necessary improvements.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the learning paths and drive user adoption.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.3+ years of experience in instructional design with Rise360 and Intellum Evolve, preferably with a focus on digital marketing or online advertising learning platforms.Knowledge of the learning platform and its features, and a strong willingness to learn.Proven ability to design engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials for diverse audiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong program and project management skills with exceptional organizational abilities.Prior experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.Join our client's team and contribute to a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
