We are seeking energetic individuals who are self-starters, want to be challenged, and have an interest in growing with our brand.As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order process within a bridal boutique, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of wedding dresses and accessories by managing inventory levels, processing customer orders, coordinating with vendors, and resolving any order-related issues, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth operations within the store. ResponsibilitiesProvide an exceptional and consistent experience to all brides and their party membersWork one on one with brides to create the perfect bridal style for their wedding day.Build relationships with brides via consistent communication throughout the entire lifecycle of the bride's experience.Provide feedback about emerging bridal trends, accessories, and other add-on items or services.Consistently achieve and maintain sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly) as set forth by management.Assist with implementing new business ideas relating to customer experience, driving sales, new technology and merchandising.Participate and assist with organizing in-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions.Maintain high level of store standards by maintaining a clean and well-organized store.Represent the store and the designer labels we sell in a professional and consultative manner.Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Assist with Social Media Content Creation.Analyzing sales and bridal trendsPlacing orders with vendors to ensure the customer orders are timely and accurateMerchandising and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.Monitoring fashion trends to insureManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing merchandise.Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.Maintain the shop's visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.Plan and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives.QualificationsWeekend availability!Stron organizational skillsStrong sales aptitude with a track record of success.Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent experience in sales and merchandisingA knack for building lasting and meaningful relationships.A great sense of fashion, Knowledge of bridal designers and fabrics, and an interest in the weddingStrong understanding of fashion trends and ability predict up and coming trendsAn eye for spotting innovative industry trends, platforms - and proposing different approaches to broaden reach.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be both professional and friendlyAbility to build relationships with customers and solve problems quickly and efficiently.Detail oriented with a keen understanding of bridal industry trends.Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift and move up to 20lbs, kneel and stand for extended periods.Ability to always maintain a fashion forward and professional appearance.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self-manage working effectively to meet deadlines.Be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.Ability to adapt to change in an ever-growing, fast-paced environmentAnalytical mindset with experience in using analytics toolsCreative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative social media campaigns.Pay range and compensation package Our Bridal Stylist Make between $25-40 per hour after all sales incentives, bonuses, and tips.
