DIRECT HIRE STAMPING PUNCH PRESS OPERATORLocationSt. Petersburg, FLHoursMonday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (First Shift)Pay: Based on experienceBENEFITS PACKAGE! Responsibilities:Set up and run high-speed metal stamping punch presses.Perform visual inspections and measure products to ensure quality standards are met.Troubleshoot production issues and perform basic equipment maintenance.Handle press setup and die tooling changes.Label and package finished products and enter production data into SAP software.Operate forklifts and handle materials as needed.Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times.Qualifications:Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.Knowledge of operating Bruderer and Minster punch presses (30 to 60 tons) and working with thin gauge materials.Ability to use precision measurement tools like micrometers and calipers.Basic math and computer skills, including experience with SAP software.Experience with in-line measurement and vision systems.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.Flexibility to work overtime if needed.INTERESTED?
