Position OverviewUltimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Part-Time Bank Teller to join an independent, locally owned community bank located in White Bear Lake, MN. This role is perfect for an energetic and dedicated individual looking to make an impact in the community by providing excellent customer service and supporting banking operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service by processing transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, and money orders, while balancing the cash drawer daily.Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring their needs are met in a professional manner.Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all data entry is accurate and current.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the bank.Cross-sell bank products and services to customers as appropriate.Assist in managing a high volume of inbound telephone calls and emails.Contribute to a positive banking experience for every customer by maintaining a patient and polite attitude.Handle coin bags and other materials, ensuring safe and efficient movement within the bank.QualificationsPrevious teller or banking experience is preferred; cash handling experience is required.1-2 years of previous customer service experience is requiredExcellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.High attention to detail and accuracy in all transactions.Required Work HoursPart-time position with the following schedule:Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PMSaturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (rotating schedule)Pay$18-$22/hourAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
