The individual will be a key contributor to the forecasting, budgeting, and reporting and consolidation process. Responsibilities include examining and improving processes, understanding, and developing systems/tools, reporting and variance analysis, as well as managing and maintaining departmental, function and project budgets.Job ResponsibilitiesMonthly reporting tasks including creating the monthly performance book, review of G&A, tracking strategic projects and initiativesContribute financial and strategic support to executive senior management including financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, working capital trends, and other ad-hoc projectsEnhance and/or develop tools to support better decision making across the company, leveraging the Oracle EPM system and the data warehouseContribute to our annual budget & strategic plan reporting, partner with function leads on their budget, analyze and review data of the business, assist on presentation for senior managementPartner with business units and IT to improve the accuracy of KPIs, scorecards, and daily/monthly reporting including automating and streamlining processesAd hoc business analysis to turn data into insights across functions. Perform financial analysis and modeling to identify trends, recommend improvements and identify growth opportunitiesWork collaboratively across finance to define and implement best practices and drive consistency across the organizationJob RequirementsBS/BA degree in Finance, Business or AccountingMBA or CPA desirableAt least two years of financial management and analytical experience, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecastingBroad business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business information clearly and concisely to peers and the executive levelSelf-starter, highly motivated with the demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiativesDrive Results - Consistently achieving objectives, even under tough circumstances, pushing self and others to accomplish goalsOracle EPM Planning experience preferred; HFM (on-premise or cloud) experience is an advantageSAP and or similar ERP system knowledge an advantageBI (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) experience a plusWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsA diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
