The ideal candidate will have a background as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and a strong passion for advocating on behalf of personal injury victims.Key Responsibilities:Handle a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns.Stay current with developments in personal injury law and related fields.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant U.S. Attorney or in a similar role.Proven track record of handling personal injury cases.Strong litigation and negotiation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Ref-15507
