Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate

An AmLaw 100 firm based in NY, NY is seeking a Corporate M&A associate attorney with at least 5+ years of experience in cross-border corporate and M&A matters!The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in general corporate and corporate transactional work (with a focus on cross-border M&A, greenfield investment and other transactions involving Chinese companies) at a large international law firm or a top Chinese law firm with a significant international practice. Familiarity with M&A, greenfield investment/economic development project, private equity and general corporate practice is highly preferred.
