LTN Global is a broadcast media company based in Liberty, Missouri. We provide live broadcasting mainly for sports games (professional and collegiate) and news coverage. Summary:The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining LTN's fleet of commercial and passenger vehicles. Plays a crucial role in ensuring fleet readiness and coordinating a team of full-time and contract drivers.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:--Fleet maintenance and management of commercial and passenger vehicles.Work with LTN Office Manager to assist them with LTN Fleet record keeping (legal documentation, tags, IFTA etc).Maintain DOT compliance for all trucks (repairs, lights, brakes, tires, etc).Preventive maintenance, inspections, and light duty repairs.Provide guidance to drivers in troubleshooting during break downs over the phone.On-call to coordinate logistics in moving trucks from point A to point B or (locate tows, secure alternate source of power for the trailer, provide guidance through repairs).Locate facilities and coordinate repairs/maintenance over the road or locally.Designate fleet parking assignments in Liberty shop/facility.Establish routine maintenance plan with proper documentation for the trucks and passenger vehicles.Inspect trucks and passenger vehicles before and after trips. --LTN Facility MaintenanceMaintain readiness of the Liberty facility generator in coordination with Technical Services.--Scheduling and CrewingWork with Production Operations and Engineering to assign drivers and communicate the schedule with staff and contract drivers.Lead efforts to secure contract drivers and may fulfill the driver obligation for an event if one cannot be located (This scenario will be an exception rather than a standard practice).Fulfill driver duties for events regional to the Midwest region when needed.Requirements: 3+ years of commercial driving experience. Must have an active, valid Class A CDL. Must have a clean driving record and completed DOT physical exam. Must meet all Federal and State DOT guidelines. Must be in good standing with all Federal and State commercial motor vehicle guidelines. Ability to back any size trailer into a set parking position with little front, back or side clearance.
