The Shipping Associate plays a key role in supporting our mission by leveraging their understanding of restaurant operations to ensure flawless execution of the customer support process. In this role, the Shipping Associate must be highly technical and organized and can work with our Inventory Operations Specialist in a professional and customer-centric manner both on the phone and in person. Responsibilities: The following are the main responsibilities of the Shipping Associate role, with additional tasks that may be assigned as required:Work with the Inventory Operations Specialist to execute orders according to priority.Partner with the Implementation Specialists to provide on-site customer support for our DFW customers.Follow procedures to assist in the configuration and set up of a variety of computers, iPads, and other Apple devices.Assist with packing, shipping, and configuring equipment.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will be:An innovative, driven, motivated, results-oriented and energetic employee.Required to demonstrate excellent customer service skills by fostering a customer-focused and service-first attitude.Experience working with Apple products.Able to handle complex problems, applying advanced problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.Required to possess outstanding decision making and analytical skills.Highly reliable with a stable work history including punctuality and dependability.Able to travel within the DFW area, and must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company policies.Proficient with inventory or CRM/Helpdesk systems, preferably Zendesk and Netsuite or something comparable.Required to have at least 1+ years' experience working in a full-service restaurant preferably in a Front of House capacity.Willing to work flexible hours including occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.Able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to work on your feet for long periods of time, with reasonable accommodations.Benefits:Competitive compensationFree lunch and snacksand much more!We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
