Looking for someone with extensive in construction background.Summary:Engineer Principal Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the life cycle of physical assets to ensure they serve the intended purpose efficiently and effectively.This include the development of the strategy and business process around it.Builds and maintains effective relationships with key internal and/or external decision makers.Key Accountabilities:Review and update specification data in asset management system, MaximoDevelop and implement asset management standards across all operationsLead and implement improvement ideas based on recurring issuesWork closely with many site-based stakeholdersAssess the life cycle of assets and make recommendations for upgrades or replacementsProvide technical support and advice on asset managementEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and standardsCoordinate with other departments to optimize asset utilizationDevelop reports on asset records, including information on their condition, location, and costDevelop cost-effective asset management solutions to minimize expensesTrain on asset management procedures and best practices
