We are seeking an Associate HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment to support our warehouse operations. This role will lead hiring initiatives while handling general HR functions in a fast-paced distribution environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse positionsDevelop and maintain relationships with staffing agenciesCoordinate and conduct job fairs and hiring eventsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviewsManage candidate pipeline and applicant tracking systemCoordinate pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug tests)Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reportingMaintain job postings across various platformsDevelop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positionsOnboarding & TrainingCoordinate new hire orientation programsProcess new hire paperwork and documentationManage I-9 verification processCoordinate training schedules for new employeesTrack completion of required certificationsCreate and update onboarding materialsGeneral HR SupportAssist with basic employee relations issuesSupport attendance tracking and time managementMaintain personnel files and HR documentationHelp coordinate employee engagement activitiesAssist with workforce planningSupport safety compliance initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field0-2 years HR experiencePrevious recruitment experience preferredProficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work flexible hours including some weekendsBilingual English/Spanish preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong interpersonal skills - excellent communication is required.Customer Service MindsetExcellent interview techniquesAbility to build relationships with hiring managersUnderstanding of employment lawsSocial media savvyStrong organizational abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProfessional maturityPhysical RequirementsAbility to walk through a warehouse environmentExtended periods of sitting and computer useAbility to wear required PPE when in warehouse areas
