(June 2024 - June 2025)FUNCTION: Global InnovationLOCATION: Mid-West or North Carolina, USATYPE: PermanentGET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Plan, direct and implement Phase 3 (project) solution deployment Support to North AmericaMaintain awareness of regional developments in scientific knowledge, regulatory affairs, and activism that may dictate changes in stewardship &/or composition of our portfolios?Identify / optimize innovative ideas, through interaction with development specialists, universities researchers, technical directors, and other opinion leaders in markets?Serve as the entomology technical expert to T&O Center of Excellence YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: InnovationBe the center of regional/ territory technical knowledgeLead the late assessment of new products to full development activities based on internal & external capabilitiesTailor transformational projects for region after prototype approval (end of 'Test & Learn' phase)Lead/Support Portfolio Life Cycle Management T&O.Lead the generation of data to support regulatory submissions, write, complete and submit bio-dossiers and new product profiling.Support product launches regionally and provide expertise to the other regional deployment teamsManage contract research and development (external)Cross-functional workServe as thought leader in driving insect management solutions through governance process at various level.Partner with Early Development (ED) teams through idea generation based on identified market needs and customer insights using technical expertise/ knowledge exchange.Collaborate with Innovation sourcing and in- licening team to evaluate potential 3rd party opportunities. Cross-fertilize with other regions for new technologies and a.i. sources/ potentials.Science-sharingRepresent Envu in the scientific and commercial worldEnsure competitive overview & trends are available and insights leveragedARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
