Key Responsibilities:Property Cleanliness & Upkeep Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all residents.Rent Collection & Financial Oversight Collect monthly rent and fees, manage delinquent accounts, and follow up on late payments.Occupancy & Leasing Maintain high occupancy rates by actively managing leases, marketing vacancies, and ensuring timely move-ins and move-outs.Resident Relations & Compliance Enforce property policies and procedures, ensuring all residents adhere to community standards.Resident Records & Documentation Prepare and maintain accurate and complete resident files in compliance with company policies.Property Maintenance & Curb Appeal Oversee the general upkeep of the property, ensuring common areas and exterior spaces remain well-maintained.Maintenance Coordination Address maintenance requests promptly, keep residents informed on repairs, and oversee any necessary part orders and follow-ups.Routine Property Inspections Conduct regular inspections, document deficiencies, and take necessary action to resolve issues.Caretaker Duties Perform weekly caretaker tasks to uphold property standards.Seasonal Maintenance Ensure timely snow and ice removal from sidewalks during winter months to maintain safety for residents and visitors.Qualifications & Skills:Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to manage maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors as needed.Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and rental property regulations is a plus.Additional Information:Pay Rate: $55k/yr.Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pmSchedules will vary, including some Saturday's (ex.
