An international Top 10 AM Law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Private Equity Associate to join their Tier 1 ranked Private Equity group in NorCal. This is a hybrid role.This role is open to the firm's San Francisco or Palo Alto office.The ideal candidate will have:At least 4 years' experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a variety of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments and other general corporate mattersDirect and applicable AM Law 100 law firm or SEC experienceJ.D.- qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law in CaliforniaThe yearly salary range for this position is $310 000 - $420 000If you are interested in this position, and you meet the requirements of the role, please click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
