Biesse is seeking a dynamic and data-driven CRM & Marketing Data Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on leveraging CRM data to optimize customer engagement strategies, improve sales processes, and support data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams.As a CRM & Marketing Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, enhancing CRM system functionality, and aligning data insights with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Data Analysis and InsightsGather, clean, and analyze customer data from the CRM system to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Evaluate customer interest based on market inputs and ensure they meet "Sales Qualified Lead" criteria.CRM System OptimizationEnsure CRM data quality meets established targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to synchronize and maintain up-to-date records.Reporting and VisualizationCreate and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key customer insights and sales activity KPIs to stakeholders.Provide comprehensive sales analysis, including quarterly reviews and data integrity validationsSales Process ImprovementAnalyze sales data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to streamline the sales funnel.Support sales forecasting activities to ensure accurate and timely predictions.Collaboration Across TeamsCollaborate with the Marketing Manager to optimize data usage for lead generation campaigns and strategy planning.Support campaign analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts based on CRM insights.Training and SupportProvide CRM training and ongoing guidance to sales team, ensuring proficiency in using the CRM system (Salesforce).Support new sales team members with onboarding and training on CRM best practices and workflows.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or Marketing.3 - 5 years of relevant experience.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.Ability to propose changes to CRM including workflow and user interface.Experience in creating reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.Solid understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.Excellent communication skills for effectively presenting findings and recommendations.Technical skills, including familiarity with data analysis tools and advanced knowledge of ExcelPreferred QualificationsExperience in campaign analysis and customer segmentation.Business acumen to align CRM strategies with organizational goals.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
