If you thrive in a healthcare environment and are passionate about driving employee engagement and organizational success, we'd love to hear from you!Human Resources Director Responsibilities:Administer HR policies, oversee employee services, and lead the HR department, including labor relations and union negotiations.Advise management on personnel issues, disciplinary processes, and compliance with federal/state labor laws.Manage compensation programs, including job descriptions, wage/salary scales, payroll processing, and benefits administration.Develop and execute recruitment strategies, employee training, and orientation programs.Ensure effective management of personnel records, audits, and responses to government-related inquiries.Human Resources Director Qualifications:Must be SHRM certified or willing to complete certification.At least 5 years of HR Management experience in a healthcare environment.Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar preferred.Prior experience with unions and/or in non-profit sector a plus.Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP or similar preferred) and other relevant software.In-depth knowledge of personnel administration practices, management techniques, and program operations.Ability to develop strategic plans, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with management, staff, and the public.
