Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst IILocation: Fremont, CA - (Onsite)Duration: 12 Months contract with a possibility of extensionStart: Targeting March 2025Pay Rate: $48.55/hr. on W2Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision.Job Description:Summary:The main function of a Supply Chain Analyst is to define, build, manage and measure global asset management. A typical Supply Chain Analyst may be responsible for buying goods and services and analyzing performance of suppliers.Job Responsibilities:Review and potentially optimize suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability and other relevant factors.Own the end-to-end asset management process and systems globallyDefine and analyze metrics that inform the success of productsDrive automation on an aggressive timeline with a team of world-class engineers and designersDevelop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise organizationApprove purchases of the highest quality products at the lowest possible price and in correct amounts.Approve purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services.Instruct staff on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods.Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data.Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.Knowledge of supply chain management.Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field required.Years of Experience: 2 Years of Supply ChainMust-Have Skills Exposure to supply chainSQL or DiqueryAsset ManagementNice-to-Have Skills Larger enterprisesDashboarding - Tableau ExperienceInterview Process: 1-2 Rounds, 45 minutesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a global leader in the tech industry that builds technologies to help people connect, find communities and grow businesses.
