Construction Superintendent - High-End Residential InteriorsLocation: New York, NYJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 120K - 170K, dependent on experience Reports to: General Super / Director of ConstructionAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in high-end residential interiors to lead and oversee luxury home projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing the construction of custom-built residences, renovations, and interior fit-outs, ensuring superior quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Manage subcontractors, trades, and vendors, ensuring work is executed efficiently and in accordance with project plans and specifications.Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and local building codes.Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and progress updates.Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure seamless execution of high-end finishes and custom interior details.Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring flawless execution of millwork, finishes, and specialty installations.Troubleshoot construction challenges, proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep the project on track.Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience and exceptional service throughout the construction process.Qualifications & Experience:7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on luxury residential interiorsProven track record managing high-end finishes, custom millwork, and complex architectural details.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and high-quality craftsmanship.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, architects, and designers.Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plus.OSHA 30 Certification preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for career growth within a prestigious and growing firm.Join our team and be a part of creating some of the most stunning, high-end residential projects in the industry!
