Drawing from your expertise in AI Data management, strategy formulation, and analytics, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering transformation initiatives that enable our client to harness the power and value of their data assets. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills to navigate the intricacies of modern data landscapes. Specifically:You will develop dynamic and innovative data & AI strategies for our clients, driving the adoption of AI Data Management best practices and creating a data-driven organization to drive value creation for our clients.You will explore and evaluate emerging trends, experiment with new data & AI concepts, and champion innovative solutions and industry best practice.You will develop trusted client relationships, partnering to solve key challenges in data, analytics and AI delivery.You will support the shaping and delivery of projects and facilitate engaging and dynamic workshops in AI Data Strategy, AI Data Governance, AI Data Management, AI Data Quality and Operating Models.You will evaluate the maturity of clients' data & AI capabilities against industry-leading practices through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.You will provide strategic guidance on leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decision-making. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $110,000 to $150,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
