Feldman Storage Capital, a new loan program, is designed to offer up to 95% loan-to-cost financing for self-storage developers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an In-House Counsel at The Feldman Companies located in North Miami Beach, FL. The In-House Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance, negotiating real estate, constructuon and professional contracts, managing outside attorneys, overseeing corporate documents and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to real estate development, investments and financing.QualificationsLegal research, contract negotiation, and management skillsKnowledge of real estate laws, finance, construction and development regulationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team settingExperience in real estate or development industry is a plusJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar license
