Apex Systems is hiring for a Business Analyst who can work hyrrid, If interested please email me emokun@Job Title: Business Analyst - Regulatory Change ManagementJob Description:The Business Analyst - Regulatory Change Management will work within the Change Management team to support the development and enhancement of regulatory reporting processes. This role involves collaborating closely with regulatory reporting process owners to understand the tools, business requirements, and regulatory rules. The analyst will work with various business lines and data owners to elicit requirements and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). They will develop functional specifications to define data requirements and business rules, assisting the IT department in building systems that meet regulatory reporting needs. Additionally, the analyst will devise testing strategies, define test plans, and review testing artifacts with stakeholders. They will also lead efforts to test, train, and implement new or improved processes and perform financial data analysis for regulatory reporting requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.8-12 years of experience in business analysis and data analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Experience:Experience supporting multiple enterprise systems implementations as a Business Analyst.SQL knowledge for data analysis.Financial regulatory reporting experience.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with financial services teams to analyze financial products and large datasets, including transactional and reference data.Configure and manage Nasdaq Axiom (web version) for 3-5 years.Implement and manage US regulatory reporting packages such as CCAR (14M, Q), Y9C, and 101.Elicit requirements from user groups and prepare business and functional requirements artifacts.Understand and manage North American regulatory reports and processes, including CCAR (14Q, M), Call Reports, Y9C, and Basel.Utilize SQL for data analysis.Develop and execute user acceptance testing strategies and test plans.Additional Notes:Assist with regulatory reports.Work within a team of 3 to 4 members.Comfortable interacting with international teams.Regulatory reporting experience is required.Recent experience with the web version of Axiom is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Initial video interviews with leads; onsite interviews possible.Must detail previous project history and discuss past reports.Standard 8 to 5 work schedule; overtime not anticipated.Local candidates to PGH or NYC preferred; hybrid schedule.Assignment extension possible.Ideal candidate has experience configuring, implementing, and leading regulatory reporting.
