Our client, a pet insurance company in NYC, is looking for an Art Director, Brand Systems for a 3-month hybrid contract with the potential for extension. In this position, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of their brand across all digital platforms. You have a deep understanding of brand, layout, and composition and will use your expertise to build and refine brand systems, templates, and visual guidelines that ensure consistency and excellence in execution. In this role, you will also contribute to digital campaigns, designing for social, web, email, and OLV while maintaining a strong brand presence. A strategic thinker and skilled designer, you are able to articulate your ideas clearly, advocate for your creative vision, and represent the best interests of the brand. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and collaborates effectively across teams. This is a hybrid contract in NYC that requires 2-days/week onsite in Downtown Manhattan.Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and refine brand systems, including templates and visual guidelines, to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.Concept and design engaging digital campaigns across social media, web, email, and online video (OLV).Work closely with cross-functional teams to align visual storytelling with brand strategy and business objectives.Advocate for and uphold brand integrity, ensuring that all creative executions align with established guidelines.Present and communicate design concepts effectively to internal stakeholders and leadership.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Stay current on industry trends and emerging digital design practices to continuously elevate the brand.Provide creative direction and mentorship to designers and junior team members as needed.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in brand design, art direction, or a related field.Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, and color theory.Experience developing and maintaining brand systems, visual guidelines, and digital templates.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns across web, social, email, and OLV.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for creative decisions.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
