CRE Tech Analyst

Business Analyst (CRE Technical Analyst) Location: Coral Gables (4-5 days a week onsite)Key Responsibilities:Lead the analysis of current business processes in the commercial real estate domain, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.Collaborate with business leaders and operational teams to gather and document requirements for process improvements.Utilize AI-driven solutions (such as ChatGPT and Claude) to automate workflows, enhance collaboration, and reduce manual work (e.g., replacing email and Excel-based processes).Define and implement business rules, process flows, and system designs for the effective use of AI tools in day-to-day operations.Develop detailed business cases, ensuring a clear understanding of how AI can optimize operational efficiencies and improve outcomes.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful AI tool deployment and adoption.Track progress and provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for improvements during the implementation phase.Qualifications:2-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.Strong understanding of how real estate deals are structured, and the operational needs associated with them.Demonstrated experience in analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement through AI and automation.Familiarity with AI technologies like ChatGPT, Claude, or other natural language processing tools.Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and processes.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with project management methodologies and business transformation initiatives.
