Previous experience designing and delivering synchronous training for trade associations, universities, or in-house for a brand is required. Candidate must be organized, exhibit strong critical thinking and communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks accurately and to schedule. This individual must have initiative and a proven work ethic along with the ability to prioritize workflows and efficiently manage their time. The Manager, Curriculum Design will support a robust training catalog of 150+ programs that support our members in meeting the high-demand challenges of the marketing industry. Candidate will report into the SVP, Marketing Capabilities & Curriculum Design as part of a growing, high-functioning team. The Manager, Curriculum Design will be responsible for designing select curriculums while simultaneously project managing on-time delivery of B2B marketing materials, internal quality assurance reporting, and administrative oversight for unit priorities.MS Office Suite skills are required. Consistently place the member first by understanding and delivering on key growth strategies as identified by the ANA and/or industry-wide developmentsApply professional learning principles and theory to design marketing training curriculum, including: sole responsibility for designing a select sub-set of half-day marketing training curriculums; and support updates and/or design needs across entire portfolio of in-person and live-virtual half-day, multi-day, and micro-learning productsMaintain marketing assets across entire portfolio Provide regular quality assurance reporting across entire portfolioUtilize and maintain internal databases for timely and accurate information tracking, synthesis, and reportingInterface regularly with senior executives (internal & external) and established subject matter experts in an effective mannerProfessional Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree plus 3-5 years' prior experience in curriculum design and/or content development for marketing, marketing research, or other business disciplineDemonstrate a strong understanding of professional learning principles with a corresponding ability to communicate fluently across interrelated subject areasExcellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate broad industry themes into real world concepts that deliver on specific learning outcomesHighly organized, detailed, and proactive time management skillsAbility to balance working independently while working in a collaborative environmentProven ability to meet deadlines and manage a fluid workflowA passion for contributing to growth goals and building new resources that drive positive outcomes An insatiable love of learningPrevious experience writing and/or editing copy requiredDemonstrated understanding of the marketing and advertising ecosystem preferredPrevious experience working in professional L&D preferredPrevious non-profit experience a plusSalary and Total Rewards PackageStarting pay range: $65,000 to $70,000 based on relevant experience and qualifications.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, 401k with company match, hybrid workweek and flexible scheduling, generous paid time off program, casual dress code, incentives, and rewards.
