Our client is looking for a Junior Art Director to create bold and culture-shifting ideas. In this role, you won't just be making ads"”you'll be shaping culture. What You'll Do:Develop bold, attention-grabbing ideas that solve client challenges.Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, media, and account teams to ensure work is relevant and newsworthy.Bring concepts to life in compelling ways"”whether through design, animation, or unconventional storytelling.Stay ahead of cultural trends and proactively pitch fresh ideas.Clearly and passionately communicate creative concepts to clients.Requirements:2-3 years of experience in advertising, social, or digital media (earned media knowledge is a plus).Deep understanding of internet culture, social trends, and digital platforms.Strong design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and a knack for visual storytelling.If you feel you are a good fit, please apply!
