Business Analyst

Business Analyst 6-month contract (potential to extend)Princeton, NJKey Responsibilities:Lead requirement analysis and elicitation with cross-functional stakeholders.Identify business needs and translate them into KPIs, KRIs, and reporting requirements.Author GxP and non-GxP documentation, including URS, FRS, design specifications, system support plans, and business continuity plans.Conduct stakeholder demos, review meetings, and gather feedback to refine dashboard functionality.Facilitate UAT sessions with end users to validate dashboard functionality.Communicate requirements to development and testing teams to ensure proper implementation.Collaborate with Tableau and Snowflake development teams to support dashboard development, resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration.Work with vendors on data acquisition and integration strategies.Analyze clinical and external data using SQL in Snowflake to define column structures for KPI calculations.Manage change requests in ServiceNow.Provide Tableau training to new stakeholders across the organization.Support project management activities, including defining timelines, tracking deliverables, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with project goals.Create and track work items in Azure DevOps.Must-Have Qualifications:Clinical trials domain expertise, including Study Execution, Site Monitoring, Data Management, and Patient Safety.Experience with SQL, Excel, and Snowflake for data analysis.Knowledge of CSV & GxP documentation (URS, FRS, validation, audit trails).Familiarity with clinical systems (EDC, eSource, CTMS, eTMF, Regulatory Compliance).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to lead requirement discussions, demos, and collaboration efforts.Project coordination experience, including timeline management and risk identification.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA for project management.
