This role goes far beyond a traditional software engineer position. The ideal candidate will communicate directly with our CEO and senior stakeholders in the U.S., understand localized user requirements for offline sales behaviors (specifically for our USDI stores), and design and enhance CRM product functionality accordingly. Strong resilience under pressure is essential, as is the ability to work flexible hours"”coordinating business meetings during the day and collaborating with our IT team in the evenings.Key Responsibilities:Business-IT Liaison: Collaborate directly with U.S. business leaders (including the CEO) and various business departments to gather detailed CRM requirements based on local market needs.Requirements Translation: Convert business goals into clear, actionable IT specifications, ensuring our domestic IT team fully understands the desired outcomes.CRM Product Enhancement: Oversee and drive continuous improvements to our CRM system, tailoring features to support offline sales behaviors and localized user experiences.Development Supervision: Monitor the IT development process to guarantee quality, timeliness, and adherence to project milestones.Tool Utilization: Use modern product management and prototyping tools such as Postman, Axure, Figma, and preferably AI-related tools to support testing, prototyping, and effective cross-team communication.Integration Coordination: Ensure seamless integration between our CRM system, ERP, and other related business systems.Project Management: Track project progress, manage timelines, and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.Flexible Working Hours: Be available to work overtime as needed to coordinate between U.S. business teams and our domestic IT team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in product management with hands-on involvement in designing or enhancing large-scale CRM or sales-related ERP systems.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with U.S. top management; strong logical reasoning and bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English are required.Demonstrated market sensitivity with experience using U.S.-based user data, conducting user experience research, or local market analysis to guide product design and marketing strategies.Proficiency in modern product management tools (e.g., Postman, Axure, Figma, and preferably AI-related tools).Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is essential.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with proven ability to handle high-pressure situations.Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.Job Type:Full-time Work location: 300 Goddard, Irvine, CA 92618 (On-site)Pay: $90,000 - 130,000 per yearBenefits:Dental InsuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8-hour shift
