Asset Coordinator

Akkodis is seeking an Asset Coordinator with a client located in Kirkland WA. Previous experience in inventory or asset management, particularly in a technical or engineering environment. Experience working with calibration tools and equipment. Familiarity with conducting audits and generating reports and coordinating with procurement and disposal of assetPay Range: $26/hr - $28/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)Job Summary:Asset Inventory Management: Ensure accurate records of calibration tools and equipment, conduct regular audits, and maintain data integrity. Organize and input data into systems and collaborate with teams to address discrepancies.Asset Procurement & Disposal: Coordinate with procurement to acquire necessary tools, manage the disposal of outdated equipment, and evaluate vendors for calibration services.Calibration Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of tool calibration, ensuring precision and compliance. Maintain detailed records for audits.Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams, including technicians, engineers, and procurement, to manage assets and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or related field (preferred). Certifications in inventory or asset management are a plus.Experience: Previous experience in inventory or asset management, particularly in technical or engineering environments, including working with calibration tools and equipment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems, basic knowledge of calibration procedures, and ability to interpret technical data and generate reports.Soft Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant regulations and company policies regarding asset management and disposal.Other Requirements: Physical ability to manage or coordinate the movement of items and flexibility in working hours if needed.If you are interested in this Asset Coordinator job in Kirkland WA then please click APPLY NOW.
