We are seeking a results oriented Leader to execute our company strategy and drive accountability across our organization.Role DescriptionThe General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading, developing and aligning our team, building strong relationships with key partners, driving execution of strategic plans for business growth, tracking KPIs, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining quality of care and cultivating a positive company culture. The role is located in Sherman, TX.QualificationsExperience in healthcare management, administration, or related fieldStrong leadership, communication, analytical, conflict resolution and problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to drive execution of company goals and achieve resultsA passion for building effective teams and positive company cultureKnowledge of home care regulations and best practicesAbility to develop and implement care plansTime management and organizational skillsExperience with budgeting and financial managementBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related fieldExperience working with aging adults is a plusEach Home Instead office is an independently owned and operated franchise of Home Instead, Inc., an Honor Company.
