Job Title: LIMS SYSTEM SPECIALIST Location: Summit, NJ , Duration: 6 - 12 Months (Possibility to extend)Description:TOP SKILLSExperience in planning/scheduling, managing operations, and/or managing master data in a supply chain or patient operations setting is preferred. Cell Therapy experience is a plus.Experience working in or managing master data in APEX, GPS, Oracle, SAP, and/or other comparable planning/scheduling systems is preferred.ResponsibilitiesThe Specialist, Planning and Master Data will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining master data elements supporting Client' Cell Therapy treatment center account management. They will routinely receive information pertaining to apheresis centers, treatment centers, and treatment center personnel to transform into actionable master data entries. Management of other master data elements supporting Scheduling and Cell Logistics' (SCLT) patient treatment scheduling may also be assigned. Participation in projects and working groups may occur as a growth opportunity as operations permit, considering operational priorities and alignment with development plans. This individual will be instrumental in managing patient scheduling master data for a rapidly growing Cell Therapy portfolio, enabling a best-in-class customer experience for our patient treatment centers around the world.Position is office-based with in-office attendance required a minimum of 50% of the time. Remote work must be performed at home with consistent office setup and internet access, as extensive work at computers and phones is essential to job function.Fluent reading, speaking, and writing skills required in EnglishImplement, review, and maintain master data in SCLT systems to facilitate the enrollment and scheduling of clinical and commercial Cell Therapy patientsRoutinely connect and work with SCLT's regional teams (NorAm, EU, APAC) and matrix partners to develop, refine, and execute cross-functional processes associated with account managementAssist with reporting and Key Performance Indicator tracking effortsInteract with internal and external stakeholders in-person and through electronic/virtual meansFacilitate a positive end-to-end customer experienceActively participate in tactical and other meetings as assignedRepresent Scheduling and Cell Logistics on cross-functional initiatives as assignedProvide on-the-job training on areas of subject matter expertise related to account managementIdentify gaps and opportunities for improvement and provide input into the development of future state processes related to account managementComply with applicable SOPs, work practices, and other documentationAccountable for individual performanceExecute project tasks as assignedExecute working groups tasks as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHighly self-motivated, self-aware, and professionalSkilled in planning and organizing informationStrong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skillsAble to work independently and in groupsFlexible in responding to quickly changing business needsSkilled at managing tense situations and de-escalationEager to work with teams from other regions and culturesAble to share workspace for independent and collaborative workStrong sense of ownership and accountability:
