Senior UX/UI Designer

Senior UX/UI DesignerWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our fast-paced startup team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of user experience principles, a sharp eye for design, and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution.Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and implementation.Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma and Adobe Suite.Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless design execution.Present design concepts and strategy to leadership and stakeholders.Maintain consistency across products while pushing creative boundaries.Requirements:5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong online portfolio.Expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, and other design/prototyping tools.Experience working in fast-paced startup environments preferred.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.
