Seeking an Sr. HR Business Partner Manager for a great direct hire opportunity with a growing company. This is a hybrid position that is 1-2 days onsite. The HR Manager must be very knowledgeable of HR roles, able to handle high level strategy, able to think tactically and be able to be hands-on with employees. Will support 450+ employees of a division of a large corporate company. Occasional travel required.Responsibilities:Lead strategic HR initiatives to align and guide the business division with company goals and strengthen organizationWork with business unit managers to optimize employee capabilities and meet division objectives as well as analyzing and determining staffing and retention needsDevelopment of high-level strategy for compensation planning, workforce management, program managementOversees talent and performance management, learning, year-end compensation planning, and workforce planning within a business line or geography.Drive engagement initiativesAssist in facilitating performance management tools and processes including goal setting, coaching feedback, and employee development.Identify training and development needs for business units and individual employees.Will be involved in onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, background processes, employee investigationsInvolved in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processInvolved in recognition programs, restructuring activities, legal review, employee retention strategies, compensation, performance managementServe as company culture champion, modeling Company standards and deliver exceptional employee experience.Serves as expert for labor and regulatory lawsManage small team of HR staff membersSkills:10+ years overall HR experience2+ years of experience as an HR ManagerExperience with workforce and succession planning, employee engagement and relations, LOAs, performance reviews, investigationsExperience with talent management, onboarding, offboarding, training, employee surveysStrong communication and public speaking skillsExperience with MS Office and LMS or HR systemsExperience working in health/pharma/life sciences manufacturing (preferred)Bachelor's Degree
