Desktop Support Specialist

Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented PC Imaging Technician to join our EUC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, deploying, and maintaining PC images for our organization. This role involves working closely with other IT staff to ensure that all computers are properly configured and updated.Key Responsibilities:Create and deploy standardized PC images across the organization.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC imaging and deployment.Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.Document imaging processes and procedures for future reference.Assist with hardware and software installations as needed.Maintain accurate ServiceNow PC asset records.Machines off shelfHooking up to the networkIntune processInstall MS security and necessary driversMachines updated in the asset management systemTickets assigned through Servicenow new hires, assigned to user, local tech or stockroom to be sent toUsersNew hire or PC refresh setupQualifications:2-5 years of related experience Experience with ServiceNowExperience with PC imaging for Intune Being able to get tickets through service now Tech supportIncident management Windows laptop builds and repairs What Else You Should Know: Contract to hire Onsite $24.66-$25.95 / hour
