This role works on cross-functional assignments and interacts with all operational departments at Framesi North America. The Supply Chain Operations Manager will serve as the Framesi team lead for a NetSuite/Oracle ERP system implementation and Manager of the Materials Control Department / Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) for USA manufactured and imported Products.Primary Responsibilities:The position is responsible for cross-functional tasks including, but not limited to:NetSuite/Oracle ERP implementation and Framesi's "in-house" experta. Project leadership role coordinating with third party consultants to implement NetSuite/Oracle ERP systemb. Ongoing operation and configuration of the NetSuite ERP systemInterface with all operational departments including shipping and receiving functions, Customer Service / CRM, and workflows that intersect with the Accounting Department.Manager of the Materials Control Department / Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) for USA manufactured and imported Products Detailed forecastingCosting of all new products, product launches and promotions.Interface with National Sales Manager on sell-in of promotions and monthly sales goals.Interface with Customer Service and Shipping departments on orders and shipments.Assist with Promotional Marketing Budget (price discounts, tools and literature).Instrumental on procurement of products, components, and planning for new product launches, including critical path (calendar) management.Travel to suppliers to develop relationships, negotiate Materials pricing, resolve production issues.Resource point of purchase, collateral materials, sales and educational tools, as well as finished goods both international and domestic.Interface with Distributor personnel (i.e. Category Managers and Buyers) regarding monthly promotion forecasts, new product launches, and merchandising.PositionAccountabilities:NetSuite ERP implementation.Backorders minimized.Forecast versus Actual; Sales and Materials balance.Materials investment dollar levels.Budget analysis of promotional and marketing purchases.Analyze customer sales and materials data.Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings to management.Participate in the development of annual financial plans, business updates, and strategic plans.Experience/Commitment Requirements:Proven track record of at least 2 years of NetSuite/Oracle or similar Enterprise Resource software experience required.Previous work experience and understanding of inventory control / Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) required.Understanding of material and accounting flows.Professional interaction with Framesi staff, suppliers/vendors and distributor contacts.Responsive and punctual for office and field visits.Provide accurate and timely task execution for key projects to support operational projects.Open to receive coaching and willingness to learn new skills.Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent related experience.Minimum of 2-5 years related experience with a 4-year degree.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
