Senior Paralegal - Litigation (Defense-Side Experience Preferred)Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal with extensive litigation experience, particularly in defense-side matters. This role requires a deep understanding of the litigation process, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize complex legal documents and filingsHandle ECF filings, eDiscovery tasks, and document reviewAssist with deposition and trial preparation, including logistics and in-court supportCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize efficiencyMeet an annual billable hours target of 1,725 and support additional projects as neededQualifications:Minimum 5 years of paralegal and litigation experience, with a strong background in defense-side litigationExperience in trial, arbitration, and mediationProficiency in PACER, CM/ECF, MS Office, LexisNexis, and WestlawABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferredCompliance with continuing education requirements of the relevant jurisdictionThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to contribute to a dynamic legal team.
