Project Superintendent

We are a commercial general contractor based in Rogers, MN. We do work all over the Twin Cities. Although we construct just about anything, our typical types of projects are custom restaurants, fitness, retail, office, and education. Renovations and ground ups. We utilize Procore and other programs to assist our office and field staff in managing projects. We have 6 carpenters on staff to assist with rough and finish carpentry scopes and the miscellaneous work that needs to be done on projects.We have a great team and we're in need of a Project Superintendent. To be considered for the position you need to:Have a good background in commercial construction.Minimum 5+ years of experience being a Commercial Construction Superintendent.You need to be able to "Out Think & Out Hustle".Work well with others to "Succeed as One".Have an "Own It" attitude where you take responsibility to get things done."Do the Right Thing", even in tough situations.Value "Family".Your responsibilities will include:Manage daily activities on project sites.Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities to stay efficient and on schedule.Manage DPG work forces.Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other DPG staff.Manage on site issues.Complete daily logs as needed.Maintain project schedules, 3-week look a heads.Coordinate inspections with inspectors.Maintain quality standards.Perform material quantity take offs as needed.Order materials as needed and approved.Manage project costs related to the field.Some "tool-belt" time as needed for minor needs.Provide training to DPG personnel as needed.Things to do at the office when you need a break or after a hard days work.Big Buck Hunter HDPool TableGolf Simulator BayAxe ThrowingCigar RoomWe offer a competitive compensation package which includes:Annual Salary $90,000-$120,000 depending experience.Cell Phone AllowanceCompany VehiclePTOPaid HolidaysHealthcare Insurance - 100% Premium Paid by DPG401KAnnual Bonus
