Job Duties / Responsibilities:This position requires a deep understanding of client logistics and supply chain requirements for suppliers.Lead communication between logistics, global supply management, finance, and suppliers to detail compliance challenges, propose corrective action, and enforce compliance to company's standards.Work closely with the client procurement, IT, logistics, and operations teams to onboard suppliers to exchange EDI information with client, manage data interchange agreements, and resolve EDI related issues.Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to facilitate communication and resolution of EDI-related issues.Identify areas of opportunity within the compliance process and collaboratively design and implement solutions to correct supplier compliance issues related to EDILead and document the process of activating/deactivating supplier site locationsMonitor and analyze errors across EDI process (e.g., SAP and APERAK errors)Conduct compliance review session with suppliers to introduce and implement resolutions to errorsWork closely with Logistics, IT, Operations, and Finance teams to forecast compliance financial impactsServe as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues regarding EDI complianceManage the relationship with EDI value added network provider (TrueCommerce) and oversee the onboarding of new customersDevelop, document and maintain business system support processes and workflowsPurpose of this team: Manage the process of making and delivering vehicles and parts. This includes sourcing raw materials, designing and producing components, assembling vehicles, and distributing them to customers.Reason for the request: Monitor SAP and manage EDI process. Manage suppliers and operations.Qualifications:3+ years' experience in EDI supplier compliance or related fieldExperience in automotive or operations preferredDeep understanding of EDI process and documents from demand to delivery including DELJIT, EDIFACT, and ASN (DESADV)Strong work ethic with demonstrated history of owning and solving customer issuesExcellent organization skills to maintain records and follow cadenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovationFamiliarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPointExperience with TrueCommerce or similar EDI providers is a plusBachelor's degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, finance, business administration, or related field
