Calibration Engineer

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the OBD and Functional Safety Calibration Team.Responsibilities:Calibration of parameters with respect to the On-Board Diagnostic system to be capable of detecting malfunctions of the monitored system, primarily focusing on Diesel fuel systemOptimization according to engineering targets regarding monitoring strategies, performance/robustness of the diagnostic functionsDefinition of engine and vehicle tests needed to reach customer performance and regulatory requirementsEvaluation and presentation of diagnostic related powertrain, engine, and vehicle test resultsSupport of customer and engineers from other departments in diagnostic related topicsMust be willing and able to travel up to 12 weeks per year (domestic as well as international)Rate Range: $35/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
