As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the VP of Operations & Member Experience.About the RoleAs the VP of Operations & Member Experience, you will oversee MMCCU's operational processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and superior member satisfaction. You'll lead initiatives to streamline workflows, elevate the member experience, and promote a culture of innovation. This executive-level role requires a strong balance of operational expertise and a member-first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies that align operations and member experience with MMCCU's mission.Oversee core operational functions, including transaction processing, branch operations, technology, and compliance.Ensure regulatory compliance and optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability.Lead and mentor high-performing teams across operational and member-facing functions.Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.Collaborate with executive leadership to foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Report on operations performance to management and the Board of Directors.Implement a strong commercial banking program.What We're Looking ForEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) certification is a plus.Minimum of five (5) years of financial services experience.Skills & Attributes:Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational efficiency and member-centric service.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.Commitment to the credit union philosophy and mission.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsPrimarily a seated role with occasional standing.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.Extended screen time required.Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Why Join MMCCU?At MMCCU, we believe in taking care of our employees as well as our members.
