General Liability Defense Side AttorneyCompensation: The annualized salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.Our client is a leading mid-sized law firm with offices around the tri-state and Florida. Hybrid work environment, working 9-5pm. They are currently seeking a General Liability Defense-side Attorney with 2-4 years of experience for their Uniondale office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Requirements:Demonstrate an ability to analyze issues, communicate regularly with claims professionals, document communication and assist in resolving cases efficientlyExperience in preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practiceTrial experience a plusQualifications:JD from an accredited law schoolBe in good standing as an active member of the New York BarExcellent analytical and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentHybrid Hours Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely
