Sr Learning Technology SpecialistResponsibilities:Consults with unit/division leadership to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges; and provide learning technology insights to business solutions and challenges. Leads multiple complex projects related to learning technology and collaborate with stakeholders to accomplish project goals and objectives. May, on occasion, facilitate learning events related to learning technology. Apply a deep understanding of all components, features and functions of the LMS to help business units leverage learning technology to help solve business problems. Advise leadership on how to best utilize learning technology to support the mission, vision, values, strategy and goals of Children's HealthSM. Explains complex technology in an easily understood manner. Act as the liaison to internal and external customers to ensure smooth operation and collaboration among entities. Examples include Children's Hospital Association (CHA), Children's IS Department, external content vendors, and other entities that intersect with learning technology.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies in a corporate or healthcare environment.Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, education, information systems, or a related field required.Experience in consulting with business leaders to align learning technology solutions with organizational goals.Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects and working cross-functionally with stakeholders.Technical Skills & Knowledge:Expertise in LMS administration, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.Experience integrating third-party content and working with external content vendors.Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools to measure learning effectiveness.Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.Compensation:Up to $41.38/hr.
