Organizational Development Consultant - 1 year contract - 60% travel. MUST BE LOCAL TO WASHINGTON, DC OR ROCKVILLE, MDThis HYBRID role would require two days a week in office. Essential Job Functions:? Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to design, develop, and implement a variety oforganizational developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and session materials? Facilitate development activities, sessions, workshops, and interventions to drive leader andteam effectiveness at all levels. This includes workshops on Clifton Strengths, EQi2.0, 360Feedback Assessments, Leader Assimilations, Start/Stop/Continue sessions, teambuildingactivities (e.g., MBTI, HBDI), Professional Coaching, and other enterprise assessments? Partners with HR Business Partners, Senior Leaders, Change Management to support changeinitiatives, conducting Role Clarity sessions, SWOT & Root Cause Analyses, and Skills Gapanalyses? Collaborates with department leads regarding mentoring, sponsorship, and engagement eventsand programs? Monitors and evaluates program impact and value to measure the achievement oforganizational development initiatives? Support the talent review process, by completing business tasks for assessing potential (9box)Education/Experience Requirements:? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Human ResourceManagement, Learning and Development, Organizational Design, or related fields required? A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in consulting and facilitating team developmentsessions and workshops required? Professional Coaching Certification preferred? Certifications in DiSC, MBTI, EQi, HBDI, CliftonStrengths, or related certification preferred? HR Certification in SHRM-CP/SP or SPHR/PHR or related certification(s) preferredTravel Requirements:? Travel is required for this role up to 60%$77.00 PER HOUR (FIRM)
