You'll drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while keeping us agile in a fast-scaling business.Key Responsibilities:Inventory & Supply Planning: Oversee inventory across raw materials and finished goods, leveraging our ERP system and forecasting models to optimize our demand planning.Supplier & Manufacturing Management: Build and own key relationships with suppliers, copackers, and 3PLs to ensure capacity, quality, and cost efficienciesStrategic Sourcing: Identify and onboard new suppliers, manufacturers, and packaging partners to support new product launches and cost optimizationsProduction Oversight: Manage production runs, troubleshoot issues, and minimize waste to drive operational excellenceFulfillment & Logistics: Oversee B2B and B2C order processing, working closely with 3PL partners to ensure seamless execution across warehousing, logistics, and Amazon fulfillment.Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality standards and implement processes for continuous improvement.Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor KPIs and critical reports to track operational efficiency and drive data-informed decision-making.What You Bring5+ years of experience in CPG operations.Proven expertise in demand/supply planning, inventory management, and logisticsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to master new tools and systems to analyze data.Who You Are A strategic problem solver who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments.
