Summit Technology Services has a contract opportunity for a Machinist in Deer Park, TX Job ID: S-BH28099Assists in maintaining plant production by making repairs within scope of expertise. Interprets and follows through on work orders following various safe work procedures. Makes mechanical repairs on plant equipment and performs preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis. Learns to identify equipment malfunctions and repair before catastrophic failure. Begins to develop expertise in a specialized skill. Operates manual machining equipment or machine shop (Lathes and Mills).
